The HSE platform provides coaches with all the resources they need to run a successful coaching session, including video conferencing, chat, and file-sharing capabilities. You can also record sessions and share screens.

Once a client books a session with you as a coach, you can access the video conferencing “room” by visiting your Sessions page and clicking on the session you want to attend. Notably, rooms are only available for coaches to access up to 60 minutes before a session is scheduled to begin.

Once you click on the Enter Room button from your Sessions page, you’ll be automatically redirected to the video conferencing service.

If you’re familiar with video conferencing solutions like Zoom, using this platform should be relatively straightforward. You’ll see your meeting participants (you and your client) on the right of the screen, and the chat box for messaging on the left.

At the bottom of the page, you can find controls which allow you to:

  • Turn your microphone on or off, or mute/unmute audio.
  • Turn your camera on or off.
  • Change your video view to full-screen or window view.
  • View your connection strength.
  • Blur your background or choose a virtual background.
  • Share a screen or content via chat.

If you or your client encounter any issues using the video conferencing service, please contact our support team with full details about the problem. If you decide to move your session to an external platform, ensure your client remembers to confirm that the session took place, so you can withdraw your funds.
