Through HSE, you can communicate with your coach through more than video sessions. You can also reach out to them through our chat function whenever you like.

We implemented this feature to make it easier for clients and coaches to discuss issues, set goals, track progress, and collaborate. Your coach may even be able to send you motivational messages, provide support as you train, and share feedback about your achievements and self-improvement efforts.

Plus, if you need to change your booking, you can chat with your coach to ask any questions you might have about their cancellation or rescheduling policies.

Note: All chats will be stored in your account so you can review them later.

How to Chat with a Coach

To start chatting with a coach, visit the HSE website and log into your account. Open the HSE menu using the button in the top left corner of the screen:

Then, click on the “Chats” option.

Notably, our chat window will automatically open after you purchase or schedule a session and share feedback with your coach. This will begin your “chat thread” in the Chats section, which you can return to whenever you like.

If you’re chatting with multiple coaches, you can use the search field to find the specific person you want to talk to by entering the coach’s name. Coaches can also search for client names in this search bar.

Alternatively, you can click on the name of the person you want to talk to in the left-hand-side menu to automatically open the chat box.

In addition to messages, you can attach and send images or documents in the chat (Note: File size should be less than 10MB — supported file formats are PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF, PDF, DOC, DOCX, ZIP and TXT).
