Discover ways to communicate with your coach

Note: It is prohibited to exchange contact details or share external links before booking a session, which could result in being kicked off the platform.

The chat on the platform between the client and the coach serves the following purposes:

  1. Communication: It is the primary means of communication, allowing the client and coach to discuss issues, set goals, and track progress.
  1. Support and Motivation: The coach can provide emotional support, motivate the client, and help them stay on the right track.
  1. Feedback: The client can receive regular feedback from the coach regarding their achievements and self-improvement efforts.
  1. Flexibility: The ability to communicate at a convenient time for both parties makes the coaching process more flexible and adaptable to individual needs.
  1. Documentation: All communication is stored, allowing progress tracking and returning to previous conversations for analysis and reflection.

To open the chat, click on the “hamburger” button in the top left corner of the screen (next to the logo)…

…and select the appropriate option in the menu that appears.

The chat window will automatically open after the client purchases and/or schedules a session and fills out the feedback form with the coach, which will be displayed in your shared chat (when purchasing a package of sessions, the chat will only open after the client schedules a session and fills out the appropriate form).

In the search field, you can find the chat you need by the coach’s/client’s name.

Or simply click on the coach’s name, and the chat will automatically open.

In addition to messages, you can also attach and send images or documents in the chat (Note: File size should be less than 10MB — supported file formats are PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF, PDF, DOC, DOCX, ZIP and TXT).
