With a few easy steps, clients can change an email for their HSE account

Clients are able to change their email, while being logged in. To change your email, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Find the Email section

3. Type the new email

4. Make sure you wrote it correctly, without typos

5. Click on “Save settings“.

In case the clients had lost access to the email and HSE account, we suggest contacting support team for email verification.
