Ready to dive into your first HSE session?

Getting started is a breeze. Once you’ve logged into your HSE account, simply click on the menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the browser screen:

Click on the Sessions tab:

Either in List or Calendar view, find the session you want to attend, and click on it:

Select the Enter Room button to be redirected to our video conferencing service.

(Remember, clients can only join an HSE session up to 15 minutes before it’s about to start. If you can’t enter the room yet, the option will be greyed out.)

If you want to check on all of your past and previous sessions, go back to the Sessions page and click List View.

Remember, you can also find the Enter Room button on this list, although it will be greyed out until 15 minutes before the session is scheduled to begin.
