At HSE, we believe feedback is crucial for growth, both for students and coaches! That’s why we encourage clients to leave reviews and testimonials about their experiences, which we can share with other clients on a coach’s profile. 

Leaving a review for your coach is an excellent way to show appreciation for their support and help guide other clients toward the right training provider. 

Clients can share reviews only after they’ve successfully booked a session with a coach, paid for it, and finished it. 

Once you complete your session, you can leave a review by logging into your HSE account and clicking the Menu button. Then, select the My Coaches tab

Find the coach you want to review in the list and click on the icon with a small “i” in the center.

This will load a side menu, which allows you to start a chat conversation with your coach, schedule a session, or leave feedback.

Notably, the Leave Feedback option will only be available once you’ve completed your session. This is to ensure all feedback given is authentic.

Notably, once you write your review and submit it, you won’t be able to manually remove the testimonial. If you want to change your review for any reason, you’ll need to contact the HSE customer support team.

Please be honest with any review you share. Your review should inform future clients of your opinions about the session and shouldn’t try to drive them to make any specific decisions. If we believe your review is inauthentic or includes inappropriate content, we may remove it entirely or remove certain parts of your comment. Notably, HSE may also use your reviews on our own social media platforms, as well as in our newsletters and promotional materials.


Review Rules

The HSE team will assess each review submitted about a coach and reserve the right to remove, adjust, or refuse to post certain reviews. We do not solicit paid reviews and will not reward clients for providing a testimonial (although it is encouraged).

We do accept both positive and negative reviews, but will not accept reviews that include:

  • Politically sensitive comments;
  • Profanity, hate speech, discriminatory comments, explicit content, threats, or violent language;
  • Promotional references that are not relevant to the reviewer’s service experience;
  • Mentions of full names or personal details;
  • Personal attacks or accusations towards coaches, clients, or HSE staff;
  • Promotions of illegal activities;
  • Violation of someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or rights;
  • Site links or names, email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card details.
