At HSE, we’re committed to helping clients and coaches build lucrative, mutually beneficial relationships. We make it easy for you to communicate with clients outside of sessions at a coach so you can follow up, request feedback, and share insights. 

The Chat feature on the HSE website is intended for the following purposes:

  • Communication: The Chat feature will be the main way you communicate with clients outside of video conferencing sessions to discuss issues, set goals, and answer questions about upcoming events.
  • Support and motivation: As a coach, you can chat with your clients to send them motivational messages, inspirational information, and more. 
  • Feedback: Coaches can provide clients with feedback throughout their coaching journey via chat or ask their students for feedback.
  • Flexibility: The chat function is asynchronous, which means you and your clients can send and respond to messages at a time that suits you.
  • Documentation: All chat communications are securely stored on your account, so you can use the information for analysis and reflection.

To access the Chat feature, log into your HSE account and click the menu icon on the top right of the page, next to the HSE logo. 

Scroll down and click on Chats beneath the Clients tab. 

Remember, a chat window will automatically open after a client purchases or schedules a session with you as a coach. It will include any information the client has chosen to share with you about their goals or coaching requirements. 

In the wider Chat page, you can use the search field to look for the client you want to speak to by searching for their name. 

Alternatively, you’ll see a list of clients you’ve already begun conversations with on the right of the page. Simply click on the client’s name to automatically open the chatbox. 

Aside from sharing text-based messages in chats, you will also be able to attach files, documents, and images. Note: File size should be less than 10MB — supported file formats are PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF, PDF, DOC, DOCX, ZIP and TXT.
