How to schedule, reschedule and cancel sessions
Manage your sessions and schedule as a professional coach
Everything you need to schedule and manage your sessions is available on your ‘Sessions’ and the ‘My clients‘ page.
How to schedule a session
- On your sessions, choose “Schedule new session” on the lower left corner of the page
- Confirm or adjust the date and time
- Choose the client. You will only see clients who have prepaid sessions with you at the moment.
- Choose “Schedule new session”
- The session is scheduled! We will send your client an email to notify them about the session date and time.

How to reschedule a session
- On your sessions, choose the session you want to reschedule
- Select a new date and time for the session
- Choose ‘Reschedule session’
- We will send your client an email to notify them about the new date and time

You can also drag and drop a session to a different day or time to reschedule it.
Please note that you can reschedule a session any time before it starts, and after the scheduled session time.
How to cancel a session
- On your sessions, choose the session you would like to cancel
- Choose ‘Cancel session’
- Write a comment for your client telling them why you’re canceling
- We will send your client an email to notify them about the cancellation
Please note that you can cancel a lesson 4 hours before it starts, and after the scheduled lesson time.
The Support team will be able to assist with bulk cancellation.
